Job Locations : Mumbai- Kandivali

Relevant Experience : 0 – 3 years

Work Pattern: 5 days a week from office

Interview Pattern: 2 rounds (Telephonic & In-person)

Notice period : Immediate joining preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer account management

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to

internal and external stakeholders

• Periodic reviews

• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements:

• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly

and effectively at all levels of the organization

• Excellent listening and presentation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Good command over English language
