About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA graduates who are passionate about building a career in Marketing and Business Development.

You will support the business development team in promoting software products and cloud solutions, manage client relationships, and assist in executing marketing strategies.

Candidates with previous exposure to B2B marketing or business administration, especially in the tech domain, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales and Marketing team in executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns for software products and cloud services.

Work closely with product and technical teams to understand product features and translate them into customer-centric value propositions.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Conduct market research to identify potential leads, industries, and market trends.

Participate in lead generation activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and online promotions.

Support pre-sales activities such as preparing proposals, presentations, and product demos.

Manage and update CRM systems with prospective and current customer information.

Collaborate with the digital marketing team on SEO, content marketing, paid advertisements, and social media strategies.

Analyze campaign results and sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management review.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Interact with clients and vendors and propose business insights to the Management Team.

Prepare Business Documents such as BRD, FRD, and SRS documents to ensure Business Integrity and Seamless Completion of the Projects.

Prior experience or internships related to software product marketing, cloud services, or IT solutions will be a strong advantage (Preferred).

Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, particularly for B2B and SaaS products.

Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is preferred.
