People & Culture Global Talent Management Talent Acquisition Responsibilities: - Strategic Hiring: Design and implement effective hiring strategies tailored to diverse position requirements within the India entity. - Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and RPO partners, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. - Trusted Advisory: Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights on talent market trends and workforce planning. - RPO Oversight: Monitor and ensure compliance with the performance of local Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners against agreed standards. - Employer Branding: Drive initiatives that position Vestas as an employer of choice in India, enhancing visibility and talent attraction. - Inclusive Hiring: Champion diversity and inclusion practices aligned with Vestas values and high-performance culture. - Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage recruitment analytics and insights to optimize processes and continuously enhance hiring outcomes. - You will manage a team of recruiters, sources and coordinators and need to build capability with in the team Qualifications: - Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a multinational corporation - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Competencies: - Proven ability to manage recruitment strategies and influence senior stakeholders. - Experience working with or managing RPO providers. - Comfortable operating within regional and global team structures, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability. - Proficient in leveraging recruitment metrics, data, and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
