Location: Subharti University, Meerut

Qualification: Ph.D. in Physical Education (Mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Professor of Physical Education to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will have strong academic expertise, research contributions, and a passion for developing students in the fields of sports sciences, fitness, and physical education.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Ph.D. in Physical Education (mandatory).
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience, with at least 3 years as Assistant Professor.
- Strong research portfolio with publications in reputed journals.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Passion for promoting physical fitness, sports, and holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Physical Education and related fields.
- Develop and deliver innovative curriculum and practical training sessions.
- Supervise research projects, dissertations, and Ph.D. scholars.
- Contribute to departmental research through publications, funded projects, and collaborations.
- Mentor students in sports, wellness, and career development.
- Organize and participate in co-curricular and extracurricular physical education activities.
- Engage in institutional development activities and academic administration.
