Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Azure Security Architect with 7-10 years of experience to join our Cloud Security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure and compliant Azure cloud architectures. This role involves developing security strategies, enforcing best practices, evaluating risks, and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of cloud workloads and services hosted on Microsoft Azure. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement security architectures for Azure cloud environments, ensuring alignment with organizational security policies and compliance regulations. - Collaborate with cloud architects, engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate security into cloud infrastructure and applications. - Define and enforce Azure security controls including identity and access management (IAM), network security, data protection, encryption, and threat detection. - Conduct security risk assessments and architecture reviews for Azure workloads. - Develop security policies, standards, and guidelines for Azure cloud deployments. - Stay current on emerging Azure security technologies, threats, and compliance requirements. - Provide guidance on secure cloud design principles including zero trust, least privilege access, and secure SDLC. - Lead incident response for Azure security incidents and support mitigation and remediation efforts. - Implement and manage Azure native security services such as Azure Security Center, Sentinel, Key Vault, Azure AD, and Conditional Access. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote security awareness and best practices. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud security architecture and implementation. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AD, Security Center, Key Vault, Virtual Networks, and Azure Policy. - Experience designing secure cloud infrastructures, identity management, and data protection strategies in Azure. - Familiarity with cloud security frameworks (CSA, NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance. - Proficient with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates). - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across technical and business teams. Preferred Qualifications - Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. - Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud security architectures. - Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices and security integration in CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with monitoring and logging tools for security analytics Location - SAP Labs India Innovation Park #ITT3 Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
