Education MMS MBA - HR Experience 7-10 years of experience required Industry Preferred - Manufacturing Duties Responsibilities Manage end to end payroll process of all units Nagpur and Pawne Responsible for preparation of data to process payroll - Attendance preparation - Leave data preparation - Earnings Incentives and Deductions calculation - Other benefits as per company policy Liaising with finance department during salary processing Preparation and submission of Monthly Quarterly and Annual TDS returns Ensures audits are completed and reconciled timely in each payroll period -Preliminary Audits - Post payroll audits Ensure periodic changes related to statutory and company policies are implemented Ensures fulfillment of statutory compliance MLWF - PF ESIC Tax Liabilities Bonus Gratuity Labour laws applicable to the Company Responsible for full and final settlement Responsible for maintain MIS and publishing payroll dashboard to the management Ready to travel at Units Skills to have Should have good exposure to HR software - Experience with HRM Thread would be added advantage Requires excellent computer proficiency - Excel Advance Excel required Payroll Management Compliance and Statutory law Competencies Required Ability to analyze processes and information identify problems and trends and develop effective solutions and strategies Excellent communication interpersonal conflict resolution skills Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment High sense of responsibility If interested Pls share updated resume at Liltesh s cielhr com
