Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Female Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations in a hospital setting The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained throughout all patient rooms public areas and clinical departments in accordance with hospital protocols and infection control standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of housekeeping staff Inspect patient rooms operating rooms laboratories offices and other areas for cleanliness and order Ensure adherence to hospital infection control and safety standards Assign duties and shifts to housekeeping staff and monitor performance Train and onboard new housekeeping staff in hospital cleaning protocols and equipment usage Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment submit requisitions for replenishment Address patient staff or management complaints and resolve issues promptly Ensure proper disposal of medical and hazardous waste in accordance with hospital regulations Prepare reports on staff attendance performance and cleaning inspections Coordinate with nursing and administrative departments to ensure service efficiency Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Degree in any discipline required Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in hospital or healthcare housekeeping Good Knowledge of cleaning chemicals disinfectants and hospital sanitation procedures Understanding of infection control and waste management protocols in healthcare environments Strong leadership organizational and communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
