Floor Supervisor

Full job description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our two-wheeler showroom The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of two-wheeler mechanics excellent leadership and communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service Responsibilities Overseeing Workshop Operations Supervise the daily activities of technicians ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service schedules Monitor the quality of repairs and maintenance work performed Ensure timely completion of service jobs Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively Team Management Lead motivate and train technicians Assign tasks and monitor performance Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback Maintain discipline and a positive work environment Inventory Management Monitor the inventory of spare parts and consumables Place orders for necessary parts and ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate records of inventory usage Customer Service Interact with customers to understand their service needs Explain service procedures and costs Build and maintain strong customer relationships Quality Control Implement and maintain quality control measures Conduct regular inspections of repaired vehicles Identify and address any quality issues Safety and Compliance Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures in the workshop Maintain a clean and organized work environment Comply with all relevant industry standards and regulations Qualifications for a Floor Supervisor Education Diploma or degree in automotive engineering or a related field preferred High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Automobile Industry Proven experience in managing a team of technicians Strong knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and repair procedures Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and organizational skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment Customer service orientation Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 13 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
