Job Purpose - Executes and follows up complex Shipping operation/coordination Job Description - Provides transport cost and man-hours estimation and reports, monitors budget vs. project execution - Implements methods and means of Transportation in agreement with Project Procurement Manager - Plans and revises shipping schedule - Prepares and issues specifications, Invitation to Bid, Negotiation documents, and Service Orders - Defines and assigns to Forwarding Agents any shipments out of Service Orders - Contacts suppliers and coordinates pick-up operations, based on the loading/shipping plan for each shipment - Issues or coordinates the issue of import-export documentation, together with the Administration Department when necessary - Issues and updates the Shipping Notice to the various parties involved and sends a separate set of shipping documents to the field You Are Meant For This Job If - Technical diploma or relevant degree/ diploma - 3 to 5 years of experience on management and coordination of complex shipping schemes Skills Logistics Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
