Qualifications - Possess a strong proficiency in GoLang with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Have a solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Show experience in leading technical discussions and providing mentorship to junior developers. - Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends. - Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
