Supply Chain Strategy & Setup: Design and implement supply chain frameworks tailored to the Indian market, including supplier identification, logistics planning, and regulatory
- adherence.Vendor & Supplier Management: Identify, assess, and onboard domestic suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners to establish a reliable supp
- ly network.Regulatory Compliance & Trade Facilitation: Guide companies through India's import/export policies, tariffs, taxation, and regulatory requirements for manufacturing and di
- stribution.Market Analysis & Risk Assessment: Conduct cost structure analysis, evaluate lead times, and assess geopolitical and operati
- onal risks.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between foreign investors, Indian authorities, suppliers, and logistics
- providers.Japanese Language Proficiency: Effectively communicate with Japanese executives, stakeholders, and documenta
- tion teams.Process Optimization & Technology Integration: Recommend best practices in inventory management, Just-in-Time (JIT) logistics, warehouse operations, and digital supply chain

solutions.
What you nee

- d to succeedMinimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement, preferably in automotive, electronics, or industrial ma
- nufacturing.Fluency in Japanese and English i
- s mandatory.Experience working with Japanese, Asian, or European companies on supply chain
- operations.Strong knowledge of Indian trade policies, supplier ecosystems, and logistics inf
