Key Responsibilities • Prepare demand letters and track installment collections. • Coordinate with banks for loan disbursements and payment tracking. • Assist customers with registration and possession formalities. • Update customer data and maintain communication logs in ERP. • Respond promptly to customer calls and emails. • Generate MIS reports for management and audits. • Coordinate for NOCs, dues clearance, and handover readiness. • Escalate unresolved issues to Assistant Manager - CRM. Candidate Profile • Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration. • 3-6 years of experience in real estate or customer service. • Understanding of banking, registration, and possession processes. • Proficiency in CRM ERP and MS Excel. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Languages: English and Marathi.
