Company Description Sia is a next-generation global management consulting group Founded in 1999 we were born digital Today our strategy and management capabilities are augmented by data science enhanced by creativity and driven by responsibility We re optimists for change and we help clients initiate navigate and benefit from transformation We believe optimism is a force multiplier helping clients to mitigate downside and maximize opportunity With expertise across a broad range of sectors and services our 3 000 consultants serve clients worldwide from 48 locations in 19 countries Our expertise delivers results Our optimism transforms outcomes Shaping the Future of Talent at Sia You will be at the forefront of building Sia s India capability and supporting global hiring responsible for identifying engaging and onboarding top-tier technology talents consultants and professionals across multiple corporate functions that will shape the future of our business You will also play a key role in supporting HR operations employee engagement and internal growth initiatives We re looking for someone who thrives in high-growth fast-paced environments and can balance hands-on execution with strategic insight If you re passionate about recruiting high-caliber talent and want to work in a global entrepreneurial firm this is your opportunity Key Responsibilities Lead Strategic Recruitment Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business consulting roles across India and global locations Develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies including tailoring to niche roles in Data AI Engineering and Consulting Leverage platforms like SmartRecruiters LinkedIn job boards referrals and university channels to build strong pipelines Conduct initial screening interviews evaluate candidate fit and coordinate assessments and hiring team interviews Maintain SmartRecruiters with up-to-date candidate pipelines notes and reporting for visibility and decision-making Drive Talent Mapping Market Intelligence Build and maintain a curated talent community with top profiles from targeted companies universities and events Provide market insights on compensation trends sourcing challenges and competitor activity to inform business decisions Recommend and execute employer branding campaigns career fair engagements and outreach strategies to strengthen talent presence in India Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Hiring Experience Own the candidate journey from sourcing to offer ensuring clarity speed and professionalism at every touchpoint Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely feedback from hiring teams Provide meaningful feedback to candidates to reinforce Sia s brand as a people-first organization Support Core HR Operations Assist with onboarding processes including documentation Day 1 readiness and HRIS entry Collaborate with the regional HR team to support initiatives around performance cycles engagement learning and reporting Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws in day-to-day HR execution Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR Business or a related field 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience including both agency and in-house settings Proven success in hiring for technical roles Data AI Engineering and consulting talent is a strong advantage Familiarity with ATS platforms e g SmartRecruiters and recruitment analytics Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Passion for delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences Additional Information Would you like to join a motivating professional environment where you will share the values of results-oriented culture quality and customer satisfaction Then join us Sia Partners is an equal opportunity employer All aspects of employment such as recruitment promotion remuneration or sanctions are based solely on the performance skills and behavior of employees or the needs of the company Sia is an equal opportunity employer All aspects of employment including hiring promotion remuneration or discipline are based solely on performance competence conduct or business needs
