Job Description

Deep expertise in Azure AD, Microsoft 365 security controls, identity lifecycle, SSO/MFA, conditional access, and secure email architecture Hands-on with phishing response, DKIM/DMARC, and access governance across hybrid enterprise environments

Strategic Leadership:

Lead global shared services initiatives across Microsoft 365, IAM, and Email Security domains.

Define and implement service delivery models , SLAs, and KPIs.

Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and security stakeholders to align services with enterprise goals.

Technical Oversight:

Architect and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

1.Manage a nd optimize IAM systems including Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Active Directory Connect, and Conditional Access policies 1

2.Oversee email security platforms, including anti-phishing, DLP, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and secure email gateways.

Security & Compliance:

Enforce Zero Trust principles, MFA, and data protection policies across services

1.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ens ure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and internal policies

2.Respond to security incidents and coordinate remediation efforts.

Operational Excellence:

Lead provisioning/deprovisioning processes and identity lifecycle management.

Drive automation using PowerShell and other scripting tools

1.Monitor service performance and user experience, implementing improvements as needed.

Team Management: Mentor and guide junior engineers and analysts.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
