Job Description SAP Service Consultant Senior Minimum Experience 8 to 15 years Job Location Hyderabad/Mumbai Overview: We're looking for a skilled SAP Service Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in S/4HANA and S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. You'll collaborate directly with clients to understand their unique Service Management requirements, covering areas like installations, field service, and SAP FSM. Your expertise will be essential in designing, implementing, and supporting tailored SAP Service solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and on-time delivery. You'll bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, effectively communicating solutions to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Implement SAP Service Solutions: Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from scoping to deployment, ensuring solutions meet client needs. - Design with Best Practices: Apply SAP best practices to solution design. - Follow SAP Activate: Adhere to the SAP Activate methodology. - Analyze and Enhance: Analyze client Service Management processes and propose SAP-based improvements. - Configure and Customize: Configure and customize the SAP Service module to meet project specifications. - Ensure System Functionality: Participate in testing, optimize performance, and ensure systems meet client expectations. - Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with client IT and business teams. - Manage Data and Cutover: Guide data migration and lead system cutover for SAP Service. - Train and Support: Provide user training and ongoing post-implementation support. - Document Thoroughly: Maintain detailed project documentation. - Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team. Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Service Management, with majority in consulting roles. - Hands-on experience in Service Management processes and SAP Service, configuring, developing, and managing all aspects of SAP S/4 Service module and integrations. - Configure SAP Service module, and design integrations with CRM systems, Field Service add-ons. - Perform gap analysis and propose innovative solutions to align SAP Service functionalities with business goals. - Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations, S/4HANA, and especially SAP Public Cloud advancements, and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SD, MM, and FI/CO, to ensure seamless integration. - Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption. - Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Service-related issues efficiently. - Understanding of capabilities of other Service management solutions like SFDC Service Cloud, SAP CRM - Proven track record of leading SAP Service implementations. - Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, and Service add-on applications. - Experience with cutover and data migrations in Service.
