Job Title Integrated Management System (IMS) – QEHS Consultant (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Specific ) Experience: 12+ Years Consulting Experience (Mandatory) **Encouraging applications from experienced professionals, including retired / voluntarily retired experts Location: Hyderabad Engagement: Full-Time / Flexible / Project-Based | Travel as per project requirements Role Overview Smartedge Consulting is seeking a senior IMS-QEHS Consulting Leader to head and scale our Consulting & Advisory practice covering Management Systems, Compliance, Auditing, and Operational Excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting delivery experience, strategic leadership capability, and the ability to drive client transformation through ISO system implementation, audits, training, and continual improvement programs. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end consulting and audit assignments including gap assessment, risk assessment, documentation, implementation, certification readiness & continual improvement. - Provide subject-matter expertise on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and integrated IMS-QEHS models. - Lead internal audits, supplier audits, due diligence, regulatory compliance reviews and improvement planning. - Conduct and deliver awareness programs, auditor trainings, leadership workshops & capability-building sessions. - Review & approve all key deliverables: Manuals, SOPs, Procedures, Checklists, Registers, NCR-CAPA systems, audit reports & dashboards. - Engage with CXO / Plant Heads / Functional Leaders to ensure delivery success and value outcomes. - Build, mentor & guide the internal consulting team, developing capability for scalable growth. - Support thought-leadership, service development and expansion initiatives for IMS-QEHS practice. Required Expertise - 12–25 years of overall experience, including Minimum 12+ years in Consulting & Auditing for IMS-QEHS. - Proven experience driving certification achievement, compliance programs, system maturity improvements & consulting delivery. - Strong hands-on knowledge of legal & regulatory frameworks, risk management, compliance assurance tools, KPIs & performance systems. - Excellent stakeholder engagement, client coordination, communication, documentation & training skills. - Experience leading consulting teams or managing multiple client programs. Preferred Qualifications - Lead Auditor qualifications in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (mandatory for senior roles) - Multi-sector consulting experience across Manufacturing, Pharma, Food, Infrastructure, Logistics, Engineering, Healthcare etc. - Former industry leaders, Plant Heads, QA/EHS Heads, retired or voluntarily retired professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
