Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive MERN Stack Trainee to work closely with cross-functional teams in building robust GraphQL & REST APIs using Hasura and NestJS. The role involves integrating front-end elements with server-side logic, writing reusable and efficient code, ensuring application performance and security, and continuously optimizing system usage through key metric analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with design, product management, and front-end teams to create GraphQL & REST APIs using Hasura & NestJS.
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Implementation of security and data protection
- Review and optimize the app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively.
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.

Requirements

- Recent graduates from the BE/B.Tech background of the 2024/25 academic year.
- Clear concepts and working knowledge of MySQL / NoSQL databases
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Seeking a career not just a job
- Beginner's exposure to OOPS concepts, persistence, threading, queuing, and caching.
- Hands-on with SQL or NoSQL database
- Knowledgeable in data structures and algorithms.
