Location: Noida (On-site) Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 years (preferred) About the Role: We're seeking a versatile Content Writer & Social Media Executive who can craft engaging and informative content for our custom CS-Cart eCommerce modules and technical blogs, while also managing and growing our social media presence. You should be both a skilled writer and a digital-savvy communicator who understands how to present technical content in a user-friendly way and promote it effectively across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Content Writing - Write clear, detailed, and SEO-optimized content for CS-Cart modules (features, benefits, guides) - Create blog posts on eCommerce trends, product updates, and best practices - Develop product descriptions, landing page content, and user documentation - Collaborate with the development team to understand technical features and translate them into readable content Social Media Management - Create and manage social media calendars (Instagram, LinkedIn) - Design and publish posts promoting blogs, modules, updates, and company highlights - Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow the community - Track performance and analytics to optimize post strategy and audience engagement Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in content writing, especially for SaaS or eCommerce products - Strong understanding of grammar, clarity, structure, and tone - Ability to simplify complex tech concepts for non-technical users - Hands-on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) - Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and performance metrics - Excellent communication and time-management skills Bonus Skills: - Familiarity with CS-Cart or other eCommerce platforms - Graphic design using Canva, Adobe Spark, or Figma for social media creatives - Experience with content management systems like WordPress - Video editing skills for Reels or short feature overviews Why Join Us? - Flexible work hours and remote options - Opportunity to work with a growing SaaS/eCommerce tech company - Room for creativity and ownership in content and digital voice - Exposure to trending tools and platforms
