We are seeking an experienced Lead US IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT roles. You will also mentor a small team of recruiters and collaborate closely with Account Managers to meet client hiring goals. Key Responsibilities - Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals - Negotiate pay rates, employment terms, and coordinate interviews with clients. - Leading a team of recruiters and providing them with guidance and support - Verifying the candidate submissions and proceed with the client requirements - Train, mentor, and monitor junior recruiters to ensure team performance and target achievement. - Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and priorities. - Ensure compliance with US staffing processes, documentation, and labor regulations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients for repeat business. - Handle POC’s and address the requirements using the team manpower Must Have Skills: - Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → screening → offer negotiation → onboarding) - Negotiation skills (salary, benefits, relocation, etc.) - ATS management (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL, iCIMS, etc.) - Boolean search expertise (Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.) - Client Handling - Team Handling Apply today or share profiles at siranjeevi.k@smartitframe.com
