Job Description We are looking for a Software tester professional to ensure high-quality, compliant, and seamless customer onboarding for CASA (Current & Savings Account) journeys across digital platforms. Software Tester- Banking Domain Experience :- 2-3 Years Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and ensure test coverage for the full onboarding workflow. - Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases for registration, KYC, account setup, and funding. - Perform manual and automated testing; log and track defects in JIRA. - Conduct functional and regression testing for savings/current account features. - Validate backend data using SQL to ensure accuracy and integrity. - Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and banking regulations. - Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams to resolve issues. - Document test results and share progress updates with stakeholders. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist end users.
