principles of Agile As Senior SDET you will work with a team of intelligent ambitious and results-oriented software professionals The team is independent in driving all decisions and is responsible for the design and quick turnaround of development of our products with the highest quality The Impact In the Senior SDET role you will make a significant contribution in building solutions to test across data platforms API web and services platforms using efficient data comparison methods Your challenge will be to reduce time to market for products without compromising quality whereby organization standards for APIs services database and web xc2 xb7 Expertise in testing large scale distributed cloud based systems in a continuous integration environment xc2 xb7 Experience quality assuring solutions targeting Amazon Web Services AWS xc2 xb7 Build reliable reusable and maintainable automated regression suites test harnesses xc2 xb7 Design and develop test cases based on acceptance criteria execute test cases analyze and communicate test results to the team manager xc2 xb7 Perform in-sprint automated to fulfill the Definition of Done xc2 xb7 Participate actively in functional system and regression testing activities xc2 xb7 Work in the agile environment attend and contribute to all scrum ceremonies daily scrum sprint planning backlog refinement and retrospectives xc2 xb7 Present work during sprint reviews to wider IT Product and Business audience xc2 xb7 Ensure best practices are followed and testing activities stay on schedule xc2 xb7 Work with team members in other geographic locationsWhat we re looking for xc2 xb7 Bachelor s PG degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent xc2 xb7 3-5 years of experience in software testing or development with good understanding of testing coding and debugging procedure xc2 xb7 Experience in programming using Java other languages e g Python C xc2 xb7 Experience in algorithm based or data testing xc2 xb7 Experience in design and development of automated tests using automation tools e g Selenium Appium across the application layers UI Service Data layers xc2 xb7 Experience in API testing using Postman Rest-Assured preferred Ready API and Soap UI xc2 xb7 Experience with source control tools such as GIT TFS SVN xc2 xb7 Exposure with cloud technologies AWS xc2 xb7 Experience with CI Engines Jenkins Hudson Cruise Control including distributed build system management and understanding of the pipeline system xc2 xb7 Proficient in Agile QA methodologies defect management system
