As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various digital marketing channels. You will also work closely with our team to execute and optimize campaigns, ensuring they meet business objectives. This apprenticeship program is a one-year program and is ideal for someone interested in developing their skills in digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Full Funnel Campaign Management: Take charge of large-scale campaign planning, execution, and optimization to meet specific performance objectives. - Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with marketing executives and founders to identify new opportunities for scaling ad spend and growing business. - Cross-functional teamwork: Collaborate closely with various teams to strategize, execute, and optimize marketing plans. - Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and assist with implementing best practices to boost website visibility and paid campaign performance. - Analytics Reporting: Use Google Analytics to track website performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve SEO and overall marketing performance. - Creative Development: Work with the creative team to develop innovative strategies for ad creatives and copywriting. Eligibility Criteria - Graduate in last 12 month or 2024 - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong project management and multitasking skills. - Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
