With strong traction and a rapidly expanding user base, we're looking for a creative and data-driven Growth Hacker to join our team and accelerate our global expansion. We are seeking two Senior Software Engineers (L5) to join our team, collectively bringing deep expertise across the following tech stack: Next.js, TypeScript, React, Golang, Vapi, RDMS, and AWS deployment tools including Amplify, Aurora, Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, Secrets Manager, and Route 53. One engineer may focus more on frontend and backend; alternatively, both can be fullstack specialists. Together, you will cover the full spectrum of our technology landscape. Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and frontend components for our job data platform. - Ingest and index third-party API jobs data for internal use. - Collaborate closely with product leadership to implement features end-to-end with high autonomy. - Develop CI/CD pipelines for automated and reliable delivery of software. - Contribute to AWS infrastructure design and deployments; one engineer should deeply understand AWS deployment best practices and be capable of designing and evolving our cloud architecture. - Make informed local system design decisions and own complex development tasks with little supervision. - Improve the visual and conversational interface, working with Tailwind, Next.js, and prompt engineering. - Scale production systems efficiently while maintaining code quality and performance. - Preferred Qualifications: - Extensive experience with TypeScript or Golang in production environments. - Strong knowledge of AWS deployment services including Amplify, Aurora, Beanstalk, EC2, Secrets Manager, and Route 53. - Proven ability to contribute to cloud infrastructure design and automation. - Experience working autonomously and owning complex tasks end-to-end. - Familiarity with semantic search, LLM integration, agentic workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is a plus. - Experience with scalable production systems is desirable. Preferred Skills: - Experience with digital, social, and non-traditional marketing strategies. - Expertise in viral or community-driven growth. - Prior involvement in SaaS or tech-focused growth campaigns.
