Responsibilities Key Deliverables Must be from an automotive OEM Passenger vehicle company with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing Quality Holding a Degree Post graduation in Electronics Hands-on experience of automotive electricals electronics and software troubleshooting Understanding of ECOS DTC wiring schematics troubleshooting manuals Knowledge Know-how of vehicle E E parts and aggregates like ECUs Body control modules HVAC system Lightings infotainment system etc Knowledge of wiring harness layouts - clipping routing fouling assessments from thermal safety point of view Handling of Next customer issues RFI - root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment Handling of field concerns - root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment Knowledge of New product development NPD process Should be able to handle FTR related to E E and software changes Participate in various CFTs like EN DCP MPPAP etc Managing strengthening of E E and software checks at EOL inspection Carry out process and product audits as per plan and getting closure of audit observations Ensure the right quality of outgoing vehicles Managing shop Quality indicators Communicate shop plant actions on product issues to internal external customers Guide associates in their routine activities Co-ordinate to resolve chronic concerns through the QC story Approach Preferred IndustriesEducation QualificationThe ideal candidate for this role should have a BE PG in Electronics or Electronics Telecommunication Engineering General ExperienceThe Deputy Manager Assistant Manager- MQA TCF should have a general experience of 4 to 7 years in Automobile -TCF Manufacturing Quality Assurance and should have a strong understanding of E E Critical ExperienceThe critical experience required for this role includes Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing Quality in an automotive OEM Passenger vehicle company Degree Post graduation in Electronics or Electronics Telecommunication Engineering Hands-on experience in troubleshooting automotive electricals electronics and software Understanding of ECOS DTC wiring schematics and troubleshooting manuals Knowledge Know-how of vehicle E E parts and aggregates like ECUs Body control modules HVAC system Lightings infotainment system etc Knowledge of wiring harness layouts - clipping routing fouling assessments from thermal safety point of view Experience in handling Next customer issues RFI and field concerns - root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment Knowledge of New product development NPD process and ability to handle FTR related to E E and software changes Participation in various CFTs like EN DCP MPPAP etc Experience in managing strengthening of E E and software checks at EOL inspection Ability to carry out process and product audits as per plan and get closure on audit observations Ensure the right quality of outgoing vehicles and manage shop Quality indicators Effective communication of shop plant actions on product issues to internal external customers Guide associates in their routine activities and co-ordinate to resolve chronic concerns through the QC story Approach System Generated Secondary Skills
