Job Description

Work as a technical expert within the Application Support skill cluster focusing on Java based micro services deployed on Kubernetes Collaborate closely with development DevOps and support teams to ensure seamless application performance and reliability Utilize expertise in troubleshooting incident management and root cause analysis to resolve complex production issues Contribute to system improvements and automation initiatives aimed at enhancing application stability and scalability Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices related to Java Kubernetes and Micro services architectures Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and provide technical guidance to junior team members

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide advanced support for Java based micro services applications running on Kubernetes clustersMonitor application health performance and availability proactively identifying and resolving issues Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement long term solutions Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely resolution of production issues and continuous improvement Develop and maintain support documentation runbooks and troubleshooting guides Participate in on call rotations and support escalations as required Contribute to automation of routine support tasks and processes Mentor and guide junior support engineers within the team
