We are looking for a GenAI Developer / AI Engineer-4-5 yrs experience With strong hands-on experience in agentic AI systems, vision-language models (VLM), and real-time voice/video AI applications. The ideal candidate should be able to design, build, and scale LLM-driven agents, multimodal AI pipelines, and streaming systems using Python and modern AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities 1. Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems Build and optimize agentic workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, or custom agent architectures. Design LLM-based agents for sales automation, customer support, and workflow automation. Implement tool-calling, planning agents, memory modules, and autonomous task execution. 2. Real-Time Voice AI Applications Develop live voice assistants using WebRTC, LiveKit, Whisper, TTS engines, or OpenAI Realtime APIs. Implement speech-to-speech conversation with low latency. Handle barge-in, streaming transcription, and natural conversation flow. 3. Video AI & Multimodal Processing Build video-streaming AI pipelines using OpenCV, YOLO/RT-DETR, or similar models. Implement live video features such as object detection, face recognition, anomaly detection, etc. Optimize GPU inference and streaming workflows. 4. VLM Development (Vision Language Models) Use GPT-V, LLaVA, Gemini Vision, or similar models to build: document analysis tools, image understanding systems, UI/screenshot interpretation pipelines. Integrate VLM reasoning into chatbots and agentic systems. 5. Full-Stack AI System Development Build scalable backend systems using FastAPI, Python, WebSockets. Integrate vector databases (Pinecone / Chroma / Weaviate) for RAG. Deploy applications using Docker, GPU servers, and cloud services.
