Job Description

Role Responsibilities

1. Contact insurance companies to resolve denials, underpayments, and delayed claims
2. Perform accurate follow-ups and work on appeals, refiling, and denial management
3. Maintain quality and productivity standards in accordance with client expectations
4. Communicate effectively to resolve billing issues and ensure timely reimbursements

Key Deliverables

1. Manage entire AR cycle, including denial resolution and payment follow-ups
2. Ensure proper documentation of calls and claim status updates
3. Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks
4. Coordinate with team leads and provide updates on claim statuses and escalations
