Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive HR to manage payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance under labor laws, handling PAN India recruitment, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This role requires excellent HR knowledge, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Payroll Management Process monthly employee payroll accurately and on time. Ensure salary disbursement, deductions, reimbursements, and incentives are correctly calculated. Maintain payroll records and generate reports for management. 2. Statutory Compliance Handle statutory payments including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF). Prepare and maintain registers as per labor laws and statutory requirements. Ensure compliance with local, state, and central labor laws. Liaise with government authorities and auditors for inspections and audits. 3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment for PAN India locations, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Prepare job descriptions, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage candidate onboarding. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 4. Employee Relations (ER) Manage employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback reports. Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training programs. 5. HR Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate HR records, compliance documents, and statutory registers. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports for management. Ensure proper documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reviews. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and labor law compliance. Proficiency in HRMS, payroll software, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in recruitment, PAN India hiring, and employee relations. Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability. Ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally. Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple HR functions simultaneously. Educational Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
