The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company s financial planning reporting budgeting and compliance This role ensures accurate financial management supports strategic decision-making and maintains compliance with statutory requirements The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work closely with leadership to drive financial efficiency and growth Key Responsibilities Develop and manage financial strategies budgets forecasts and reports Monitor and analyze financial performance highlighting risks and opportunities Manage cash flow working capital and investment activities Ensure timely completion of statutory audits tax filings and regulatory compliance Oversee accounts payable receivable payroll and reconciliations Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes Provide financial insights to support business growth cost optimization and strategic initiatives Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project costing pricing and financial planning Prepare MIS reports dashboards and financial models for management review Requirements CA MBA Finance CMA or equivalent professional qualification 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts experience in IT technology sector preferred Strong knowledge of accounting standards taxation and compliance requirements Proficiency in financial software ERP systems - Zoho Tally etc Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Strong leadership and team management abilities High integrity attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Key Competencies Strategic financial planning Risk management and compliance Business acumen and decision support Process improvement and automation mindset Leadership and collaboration
