The Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining data in company databases and systems This role requires attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently and confidentially Enter verify and update data into databases spreadsheets and internal systems Review data for accuracy completeness and consistency before and after entry Retrieve and organize information as requested by management or other departments Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled Identify and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors Generate routine reports and summaries based on collected data Perform regular backups and data integrity checks Assist in documentation filing and record management tasks Support administrative or clerical tasks as needed Qualifications and Skills Education High school diploma or equivalent a bachelor s degree in business administration computer applications or a related field is a plus Experience 0-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles freshers may apply Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word Outlook Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
