Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Azure Devops Responsibilities .Lead the design, implementation, and management of Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and high availability. .Develop and enforce DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing frameworks. .Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability. .Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues. .Implement cost optimization strategies and manage cloud budgets effectively. .Drive the adoption of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to facilitate efficient application deployment. .Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. .Assess emerging Azure technologies and recommend adoption to enhance system performance and security. .Experience in GenAi Project (Good to have)Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications .Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. .Proven expertise in Azure services, including Azure VMs, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Virtual Network, Azure Active Directory, and ARM templates. .Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps Pipelines. .Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). .Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). .In-depth knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments. .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency. .Excellent communication and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications .Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or related certifications. .Experience in implementing monitoring and logging frameworks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack. .Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies. .Experience with cost management and optimization in Azure.
