Network/System/VoIP Engineer (with AWS & Infrastructure Experience)

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Network/System/VoIP Engineer with strong experience in AWS cloud services and enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on background in managing network systems, VoIP infrastructure, system administration, and cloud-based deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage network systems, firewalls, VPNs, and VoIP platforms.

Administer and maintain Windows/Linux servers and system infrastructure

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VoIP solutions and SIP trunks

Manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, Route 53, IAM, CloudWatch, S3, and Load Balancers

Perform system updates, patches, backups, and disaster recovery planning

Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation and network diagrams

Ensure system availability, performance, and security compliance

Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to support cloud-native and hybrid solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in network/system administration or engineering roles

2+ years of hands-on AWS cloud experience (certification preferred)

Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies and network protocols (SIP, RTP, QoS, etc.)

Proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation (nice to have)

Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, CloudWatch)

Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies

Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python (a plus)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Certifications:

AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator

Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent

CompTIA Network+ or Security+
