About the Role Grade Level for internal use 10 The Role Senior Software Developer C and Java The Team The Technology team works in partnership with other functions in the business to deliver quality products by providing software engineering and services along with quality assurance that continuously improve our customer s ability to succeed The team is independent in driving all technical decisions and is responsible for the architecture design and quick turnaround in development of our products with high quality The team is located globally but practices close collaboration with technologies focusing on commonly used services such as EC2 S3 Lambda ECS SNS SQS RDS Enhance application security measures and implement best practices to safeguard sensitive data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and deliver high-quality software on time Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives Translate financial requirements into technical solutions demonstrating a strong understanding of financial terms and processes Work as part of an agile team to identify and deliver solutions to prioritized requirements Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance stability and usability Support and enhance existing solutions ensuring they meet business requirements What We re Looking For 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in C and Java software development Proficiency in SQL Server PostgreSQL GIT Hands-on experience with cloud platforms particularly AWS EC2 S3 Lambda ECS SNS SQS RDS Familiarity with T-bricks solutions by Broadridge Familiarity with test-driven CI CD frameworks Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience with UI framework like Angular is a plus Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field Soft Skills Strong problem solver abilities Effective communication skills Fluent in English required Proven leadership abilities A self-motivated and proactive contributor Ability to work with local and remote teams across
