We are looking for experienced site engineers who will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects on-site They are responsible for ensuring that construction work is completed according to project plans and specifications and is completed on time and within budget The site engineers must also ensure that all health and safety requirements are met and that work is carried out in compliance with local laws and regulations Key Responsibilities Managing and coordinating construction projects on-site Overseeing the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors Reading and interpreting project plans and specifications and ensuring that work is carried out accordingly Managing the construction schedule and ensuring that work is completed on time Monitoring project costs and ensuring that work is completed within budget Ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met and that work is carried out in compliance with local laws and regulations Keeping detailed records of project progress and preparing reports for project managers and stakeholders Communicating with project managers subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed about project progress and any issues that arise Conducting quality control checks to ensure that work meets project requirements and specifications Identifying potential problems and providing solutions to ensure that projects are completed successfully Qualifications Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or Diploma in Civil 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field We prefer candidates from Malappuram Calicut Thrissur Trivandrum Kottayam District Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
