Role Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. You will work on the core components of a highly sophisticated software solution, focusing primarily on its command-line interface (WinForm/WebForm/API .NET Core) and its complex engine, referred to as the runtime. This is not a simple push-button or CRUD application development environment; our focus is on delivering high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions. Designation: Senior Software Engineer Work Location: Sindhu Bhuvan Road, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Workweek Policy: 5 days a week and Work from Office (WFO) Salary: Best in the Industry Date of Joining: Immediate Experience Level: 8+ years Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and maintain the WinForm/WebForm .NET Core/.NET 8 and runtime components of our product - Analyze complex technical requirements and implement efficient solutions - Collaborate closely with the team to design and implement features with a focus on quality and performance - Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure robust software - Write and maintain technical documentation for future reference - Work closely with product owners, team and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines - Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications & Strengths: - Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related field - Hands-on experience with developing and maintaining complex software engines or runtimes - Experience with command-line tools and interfaces - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience in secure software development practices - Knowledge of performance profiling tools and techniques - Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) preferable - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Mandatory Skills: - At least 8+ years of experience in .NET development (C# preferred) - At least 5 years of experience in database operations with SQL Server - Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns - Proficient in debugging and performance optimization - Must be flexible to work on WinForms/WebForms/APIs with .NET core and .NET 8.0 platforms - Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes - Team player with a collaborative mindset - Integrity, honesty, and transparency in work Preferred Skills: - Ability to work with cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure - Knowledge of using Jenkins - Knowledge of using Jira - Knowledge of using Angular/CSS/Deployment/JavaScript/JQuery, etc Contact Details - If interested in the above post, please drop an email to hr@lughsoftware.com with your resume
