The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and drives audience growth across social media, digital platforms, and learning channels. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms. • Create visually appealing and engaging video, image, and written content to promote our courses and brand. • Collaborate with marketing, design, and academic teams to conceptualize campaigns and storytelling ideas. • Manage and optimize content performance using analytics and insights. • Stay updated with digital trends, social media algorithms, and industry best practices. • Maintain brand tone, style, and voice consistency across all content. • Plan content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field. • 6+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management. • Proven experience in video scripting, short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.), and storytelling. • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools. • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, , and other digital platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving brand needs. Preferred Skills • Experience in the education or ed-tech industry. • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization. • Basic understanding of paid ad content and influencer collaboration.
