Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic hands-on Marketing Manager to lead Zigtal s marketing strategy and execution This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment is passionate about technology and can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making You will take ownership of branding digital campaigns partner marketing product storytelling and customer engagement-working closely with leadership and sales teams to support growth goals Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Zigtal s marketing strategy across digital content and event channels to support business growth and brand visibility Lead and manage demand generation campaigns including email social media webinars and paid media to attract and convert leads Build and execute a content marketing strategy-including case studies whitepapers blogs and thought leadership aligned to the skill intelligence and workforce transformation domain Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to support ABM Account-Based Marketing efforts and create targeted collateral Own and optimize Zigtal s web presence SEO SEM strategies and CRM email automation e g HubSpot Mailchimp Organize Zigtal s presence at industry events webinars and roundtables in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI Manage relationships with external design content and PR partners as needed Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile 5 years of marketing experience preferably in SaaS HRTech or B2B enterprise technology Strong understanding of digital marketing content creation demand generation and brand building Experience working in start-ups or early-growth companies is highly desirable Proficiency in marketing automation CRM tools website CMS and analytics platforms Excellent communication storytelling and copywriting skills A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in an evolving environment Benefits About Zigtal Zigtal is a cutting-edge Skill Intelligence Platform built to enable organizations to align workforce capabilities with evolving business needs We empower enterprises to drive talent agility improve career mobility and enhance organizational readiness through AI-powered skill visibility benchmarking and actionable insights We are now scaling across global enterprises and are looking for a Marketing Lead who can lead our go-to-market efforts build brand awareness and accelerate demand generation
