Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing strong client relationships, and increasing revenue through strategic planning and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the hospitality and tourism sector.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and tour operators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand business prospects.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement improvements to maximize revenue.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales within the hospitality and tourism industry.
- At least 2+ years of experience in Inbound Travel sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality and tourism market, including trends, competitors.
