Recommend equipment specifications, electrical components, and materials for projects. 2. Installation & Commissioning Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems at project sites. Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality parameters. Troubleshoot issues during installation and provide technical solutions. 3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Monitor electrical systems for performance, efficiency, and safety compliance. Diagnose faults and implement preventive and corrective maintenance. Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. 4. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits for electrical systems. Promote safe work practices and awareness among team members. 5. Project Support & Documentation Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation. Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for timely completion of tasks. 6. Continuous Learning & Innovation Stay updated with latest electrical technologies, industry standards, and best practices. Recommend process improvements, energy-efficient solutions, and innovative electrical designs. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and skill enhancement programs. Required Skills & Competencies 1. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, control systems, and power distribution. Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB, ETAP, or equivalent design and simulation software. Understanding of transformers, motors, generators, switchgear, and electrical safety devices. 2. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze complex electrical problems and provide effective solutions. Skill in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and schematics. 3. Communication & Collaboration Good verbal and written communication skills for documentation and reporting. Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and vendors. 4.
