The Sales Enablement Senior Analyst is responsible for improving Salesforce.com adoption and sales effectiveness by partnering with technical and commercial teams to support funnel management, forecasting, and reporting, acting as a change agent in the organization. This position reports to theGlobal Sales Enablement Senior Manager and is part of the Central Marketing Organization located in Pune, India and will be an on-site role. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To - Drive sales success through process optimization, tool alignment, and continuous improvement, partnering with Sales & Marketing teams globally across all business units to enhance commercial applications and standardize sales enablement practices. - Analyze, build, and deploy tools to improve Salesforce adoption and sales effectiveness. Translate business needs into functional requirements and scalable solutions. - Collaborate with CRM Operations and Sales teams to support funnel management, forecasting, and reporting. - Support change management, training, and user adoption of sales tools. - Contribute to financial planning by aligning CRM tools with forecasting processes. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include - Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in Sales Enablement or CRM-related roles in an international environment. - Deep understanding of funnel management and sales operations and strong Salesforce.com experience (lead and opportunity management). - High proficiency in Excel - Strong organization, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Adaptable to global time zones. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Prior DBS (Danaher Business System) or Continuous Improvement Experience is a plus - MBA or Masters.
