Supply Chain Coordinator

Position Overview The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating supply chain activities to ensure the efficient flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers This role involves monitoring inventory managing purchase orders coordinating logistics and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain performance Key Responsibilities Identity potential suppliers their evaluation and approved Doing ZBC finalizing the cost with supply chain partners Release purchase order Coordinate and track purchase orders shipments and deliveries to meet customer and business requirements Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning to prevent shortages or overstock situations Communicate with suppliers vendors freight forwarders and internal departments to resolve delays or discrepancies Maintain accurate records of shipments inventory transactions and supplier performance Assist with logistics planning including transportation warehousing and distribution activities Support the supply chain manager in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and regulatory requirements Prepare reports and metrics to track supply chain performance e g lead times delivery accuracy inventory turnover Key Competencies Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making Time management and prioritization Negotiation and vendor relationship management Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience 11 to 15 years of experience in supply chain logistics or inventory coordination entry-level acceptable with strong internship academic background Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ERP systems and supply chain management software Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience Supply chain Coordinator 10 years Required Work Location In person
