Our solar energy company based in Arizona is seeking for a skilled Vicidial Manager to oversee and optimize our call center operations AZ Rising Solar provides the community with expertise in renewable energy and helps businesses and homeowners switch to clean energy Join us in a more sustainable future by getting your quote today The RoleJob Responsibilities Manage configure and maintain the Vicidial system to ensure optimal performance Monitor call center metrics and performance making necessary adjustments for efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve any Vicidial-related issues promptly Implement and optimize dialer campaigns scripts and call routing strategies Ensure system security backups and compliance with industry regulations Provide training and support to agents and supervisors on Vicidial usage Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate new technologies Ideal ProfileQualifications Proven experience as a Vicidial Administrator Manager in a call center environment Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols Experience with campaign setup lead management and dialer performance tuning Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience with CRM and API integrations is a plus You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders What s on Offer Flexible working options Opportunity to make a positive impact Offer 8 per hour paid on a weekly basis through wire transfer Full time role between 9 am and 6 pm MST 8 hours per day
