Job Category Accounting We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Finance Accounts to join our finance team The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in general accounting operations and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal vouchers JVs accounts payable AP accounts receivable AR vendor invoice processing invoice generation and vendor payments Manage non-routine accounting tasks as they arise with minimal oversight Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors customers and internal teams to support AR AP reconciliations and provide clarity when required Prepare data and documentation for statutory compliance including GST TDS tax audits and support monthly quarterly and annual tax filings and payments Generate intercompany IC invoices for support services in JDE and coordinate with IC partners Support monthly closing activities reconciliations and related financial reporting Post foreign receipts and payments from IC and third-party customers vendors in JDE Participate in the preparation and review of statutory books and internal audit processes Provide necessary records and clarifications during audits Collaborate with colleagues and assist management in assigned tasks and process improvements Additional Expectations Strong work ethic positive attitude and willingness to take initiative Ability to support the manager and team members as needed including stepping in during absences Eagerness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to help peers across departments Qualifications Bachelor s degree in commerce required Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Strong communication skills in English - both verbal and written Working knowledge of ERP systems preferably JDE About Us Every day the oil and gas industry s best minds put more than 150 years of experience to work to help our customers achieve lasting success We Power the Industry that Powers the World Throughout every region in the world and across every area of drilling and production our family of companies has provided the technical expertise advanced equipment and operational support necessary for success-now and in the future Global Family We are a global family of thousands of individuals working as one team to create a lasting impact for ourselves our customers and the communities where we live and work Purposeful Innovation Through purposeful business innovation product creation and service delivery we are driven to power the industry that powers the world better Service Above All This drives us to anticipate our customers needs and work with them to deliver the finest products and services on time and on budget About the Team CorporateOur family of companies is supported by our global Corporate teams providing expert knowledge from functions including Human Resources Information Technology Compliance Finance QHSE Marketing and Legal centers of expertise We are structured to provide guidance and service above all to all our business operations
