Role Overview:
We're seeking a Senior Web & Customer Success Associate for a 6-month contract role (remote), with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably in e-commerce applications, along with client onboarding and team coordination capabilities.
This role involves working across platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and WhatsApp storefront integrations, along with tools like Dokan, Fancy Product Designer, and Zakeke.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage websites using WordPress and Shopify, with integrations such as Dokan, Fancy Product Designer, and Zakeke.
- Onboard clients and set up their WhatsApp commerce and chatbot workflows.
- Provide technical support and respond to client queries related to web and store setup.
- Upload and manage product catalogs, collections, and design templates.
- Document use cases and workflows for internal and external training purposes.
- Hire, manage, and mentor interns for product updates and chatbot testing tasks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–8 years of experience in software development, preferably in e-commerce environments.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, and associated plugins/themes.
- Knowledge of Node.js, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and responsive front-end development.
- Experience working with third-party integrations, payment gateways, and automation tools.
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to manage end-to-end onboarding.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Cloud API and chatbot configuration is a plus.
