Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PLC Operator located in Bulandshahr. The PLC Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining programmable logic controllers (PLC) and related automated equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, and performing routine maintenance. The role involves collaborating closely with the production and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime during the production process. Qualifications - Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLC) and automation systems - Knowledge of electrical systems, industrial machines, and troubleshooting techniques - Understanding of safety procedures and proper equipment handling - Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment - Prior experience in a similar role is highly beneficial - Technical diploma or relevant certification in electrical, electronics, or automation engineering - Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaboration with technical and production teams
