JOB DESCRIPTION - TELECALLER EXECUTIVE Job Title Telecaller Executive Department Sales Marketing Customer Service Location AZHAHIAMANDAPAM Job Summary The Telecaller Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products services handle inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction The role requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to achieve daily and monthly targets Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly Maintain records of calls leads and customer details in the database Follow up with interested customers for conversions Provide accurate information about products prices and offers Achieve daily weekly and monthly call and sales targets Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat business Report feedback issues and suggestions to the supervisor Participate in team meetings and training sessions Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Tamil English preferred Basic computer knowledge MS Word Excel and Email Ability to handle rejections and remain positive Strong convincing and negotiation skills Pleasant and confident telephone manner Qualification Minimum 2 Diploma Any Degree Experience 0-2 years Freshers can apply Work Schedule Full-time 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM Salary 8 000 - 12 000 per month Depending on experience and performance Incentives based on targets achieved Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
