Advt No CSIR-CSMCRI SMC HCP0054 2025-26 Date 16 10 2025 Time 9 15 A M At CSIR-CSMCRI Bhavnagar Post Name Project Associate-I No of Post 01 one Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Project Associate-I to work on the CSIR funded project of CSMCRI titled Utilization of industrial waste generated from Soda ash and chlor-alkali industry for development of alkali activated sustainable concrete saltpan bed for salt industry to reduce brine losses through seepage and to strengthen for mechanized loading Project No HCP 0054 Essential Qualifications B E B Tech degree in Civil Engineering The selected candidate will work on advanced Model construction of concrete bed for experiments Project site supervision at Salt Farm of CSIR-CSMCRI Bhavnagar designing in Autodesk 3D Max Civil engineering aspects for designing of solar salt farms designing in AutoCAD preparation of estimates and costing for civil works based on DSR SOR site supervision of civil construction planning and management foe salt farm activity and prototype AAC sustainable concrete bed She he will also be required to travel for site work Extensive field activities on salt farm for brine transfer and data recording for salt cycle will be involved Emoluments 31 000 HRA for those candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC ICAR ICMR NET incl lectureship assistant professorship or GATE or those who have qualified National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT DST or equivalent and or their Agencies Institutions 25 000 HRA for others who do not fall under a above Age 35 Years as on date of Walk in Interview Age relaxation is applicable as per CSIR Rules Duration Project Associate -I will work in Experimental Salt Farm Kumbharwada and Institute and side colony for experiments and Testing The candidate has to work at ESF Kumbharwada or CSIR-CSMCRI as and when required till 31 03 2026 This post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project The engagement of a project staff in different projects either in the CSIR - Central Salt Marine Chemicals Research Institute Bhavnagar or different Lab Instt of CSIR taken together shall not exceed 6 years in any case It would therefore not confer any right claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in CSIR-CSMCRI Bhavnagar Interested candidates are requested for walk-in interview on 16 10 2025 along with application form and all necessary documents at CSIR-CSMCRI Bhavnagar at 9 15 a m Prescribed format for application is available with advertisement You are requested to send an application form fixed passport size giving full particulars such as 1 Full name and postal address with e-mail and Phone No 2 Date of birth and 3 Educational qualifications and experience if any You are also requested to send all the scanned documents such as birth certificate caste certificate educational qualifications certificates experience if any certificate publications if any GATE NET valid score card and any other documents related to the above posts Note Please note the NO TA DA is provided for attending the Interview
