Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and focuses on sales and marketing for both print and online media. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, promoting the company's offerings, conducting sales, and managing customer accounts. Additional responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, delivering training sessions for potential clients, and meeting sales targets through effective planning and execution. Qualifications - Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Proven expertise in sales, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets. - Experience in sales management to develop strategies and oversee implementation effectively. - Proficiency in training and guiding clients to understand products and services. - Self-motivated and results-oriented with time management and organizational skills. - Relevant experience in media, marketing, or the renewable energy sector is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
