About the Role Grade Level for internal use 05Apprenticeship Duration 12 monthsOur Apprenticeship Program The apprenticeship is a skill training program governed by The Apprenticeship Act 1961 India where individuals have the chance to partner with our industry experts with on-the-job experience focusing on high impact work that allows you to apply and develop your skills Networking business apply for the role S P Global is looking to hire young fresh B E B Tech graduates specifically 2024 and 2025 pass-outs for a 12-month apprenticeship program Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements Process Analysis Analyze current business processes and workflows identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness System Design Assist in the design and development of business systems and applications ensuring they meet user requirements and align with best practices Agile Methodology Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives contributing to the continuous improvement of our agile delivery process Lean Principles Apply lean principles to optimize processes reduce waste and deliver value to our customers Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements process flows user stories and test cases Testing and Validation Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects Stakeholder Communication Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns Training and Support Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they are equipped to use new systems and processes effectively Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related field Looking for candidates that have done work research in GenAI Experience Previous experience in business analysis systems analysis or a related role is preferred but not required Technical Skills Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques such as process modeling data analysis and requirements management Agile and Lean Understanding of agile delivery methods and lean principles with a willingness to learn and apply these methodologies Analytical Mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely Team Player Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges Attention to Detail High level of attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables Adaptability Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Apprentice Requirement Candidates must not be already registered on the NAPS National
