Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Motor Control Engineer to design, develop, and validate advanced motor control algorithms for our pumping and cooling solutions. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting applications, and driving post-production issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement motor control algorithms for pumping and cooling applications.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve technical issues effectively.
3. Facilitate RCA, develop corrective actions, and implement system improvements for prevalent post-production or field issues.
4. Research and innovate new motor control algorithms.
5. Provide technical support to the applications team for motor control-related queries.
6. Develop test cases, perform testing, and validate new motor control designs.

Key Skills & Competencies

1. Strong understanding of motor control algorithms and techniques.
2. Proficiency in Embedded C programming.
3. Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, UART, SPI, I2C).
4. Analytical mindset with problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
5. Ability to collaborate across engineering, applications, and production teams.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in motor control design, development, and testing is preferred.
